We ask our new patients to arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out the paperwork. There is a lot of information needed in order to have your visits paid for by the insurance company. Everything needs to be documented correctly including what happened during the accident. Some questions that will be asked is:
- Who is your insurance carrier?
- Who is at fault, was the liability accepted?
- What is the insurance claim number?
- What is the other party’s insurance claim number?
- What is the other party’s insurance carrier?
- What happened during the accident?
- Where are the areas you are feeling pain?
- Did you go to the hospital?
After the documentation has been properly filled out we can start our examination. To start we will take you into our X-Ray room with our chiropractic physician who will prepare you to take films. Once the films are ready one of our physicians will go over the films with you to see what treatment plan will be best for you. The Doctor will also go over your paperwork with you to make sure everything is in order. Plan on spending an hour here with us.

Chiropractic adjustments will happen on the first day you come in, in order to get the healing process started quickly. This will all be documented in order for you to have the best documentation possible for your auto injuries. If your injuries are more severe and surgical intervention is needed, our doctors will refer you to a trusted specialist.
